Recipe by Kim McCosker & Rachael Bermingham from 4 Ingredients
1 English Muffin
1 teaspoon pizza sauce
.25 cup grated Cheese
.25 cup diced Bacon
Slice one English muffin in half and dollop a teaspoon of pizza sauce onto it. Add some finely diced bacon and sprinkle some grated cheese. Place under a grill, until nice and golden.
Shiraz, Merlot and Grenache are the best wines to pair with Mini Pizzas.
