Ingredients

ROSEMARY & SEA SALT

  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Sea salt

BLUE BRIE, ROSEMARY & OLIVES

  • Blue cheese brie
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil

BASIL & MOZZARELLA

  • Basil
  • Mozzarella
  • Olive oil

HERBACEOUS

  • Cherry tomato
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  • Mushroom
  • Chive
  • Mozzarella

BANANA & CHOC PEANUT

Method

ROSEMARY & SEA SALT

  1. Lightly brush base with olive oil
  2. Toss over a few Rosemary leaves
  3. Sprinkle over crushed Sea Salt

BLUE BRIE, ROSEMARY & OLIVES

  1. Spread a thin layer of Rockin Tomato sauce over base Add Rosemary leaves
  2. Add Olives Break over small bits of Blue Brie
  3. Lightly brush with Olive Oil

BASIL & MOZZARELLA

  1. Spread over a thin layer of Rockin Tomato Base
  2. Scatter over torn basil leaves
  3. Break over bits of Mozzarella
  4. Drizzle over a little Olive Oil

HERBACEOUS

  1. Spread over a thin layer of Rockin Tomato sauce
  2. Scatter over: Halved cherry tomatoes, torn basil, rosemary leaves, mushrooms, chives
  3. Break over bits of Mozzarella

BANANA & CHOC PEANUT

  1. Break over Snickers chocolate
  2. Add thinly sliced Banana (cut lengthways)
  3. Serve with Double Cream & Butterscotch
