Baked Clarines


Ingredients

  • 1 500 gram clarines
  • ½ cup pinot noir
  • 7 cloves blanched garlic
  • Sprigs thyme
  • Ground black pepper

Method

  1. Ensure cheese is room temperature
  2. Use a knife to poke holes into the top of the cheese
  3. Insert garlic cloves into the top of the cheese, sprinkle with pinot noir, add thyme and bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes. Garnish with black pepper.
