Tiger prawn pyramid


Ingredients

  • banana leaf
  • Polystyrene cone
  • Double sided sticky tape
  • Toothpicks
  • 6 kg prawns

Method

  1. On the first day, Cook prawns in salted boiling water for 3 to 5 mins
  2. Refresh in ice & peel prawns.
  3. Cover polystyrene cone with banana leaf using double sided sticky tape and pins
  4. The next day, using tooth picks, poke prawns into polystyrene covered cone.
  5. Serve with pickled ginger & wasabi cream
