I LIKE TO ADD TO THE FLOUR, ALONG WITH THE S&P SOME CUMIN, CORIANDER, NUTMEG, CHILLI POWDER,& TURMERIC FOR THAT MOROCCAN TASTE.

I add to the flour cumin,chilli powder, ground coriander, nutmeg, & turmeric for that Moroccan feel

If you like your chicken with a little 'kick', add a dash of tabasco to the buttermilk marinade. Delicious!
