Recipe by Michael Smith from Chef At Home
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
8 Cloves Garlic minced
0.5 cup Olive Oil
0.5 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon habenero hot sauce or your favorite Hot sauce
Gently heat the cumin, garlic, olive oil, orange juice and hot sauce together simmering for a few minutes then serve as a dipping sauce.
Note: Yields 1 cup.
Semillon, Pinot Gris and Dessert Wines are the best wines to pair with Mojo Sauce.
