Simple Green Salad with Yogurt and Dill Dressing


  • For the Greens

  • 16 oz mixed baby greens

  • 1 bunch Dill leaves

  • For the Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Yoghurt

  • 0.5 cup chopped Dill

  • The juice from ½ Lemon

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • For the Greens:

  • 1.

    Immerse the greens in a large bowl of cold water for a few minutes then spin dry in a salad spinner. Toss into a large salad bowl and add the dill leaves.

  • For the Dressing:

  • 1.

    Whisk the yogurt together with the dill, lemon juice, and honey. Just before serving, pour over the salad greens. Toss well.
