Made this on Sunday night and it was delicious. I used Barilla Napolitana sauce and 2 jars is plenty (each holds 1 1/2 cups). As we can't get manicotti here (not that I've seen), I just used the Barilla canneloni shells and cooked them for 4 mins so they were perfectly al dente. Will definately be making this one agian.
