Recipe by Michael Smith from Chef At Home
1 Pineapple peeled, cored and cut into chunks, reserving 10 thin wedges
2 cups Vodka or pineapple vodka, or pineapple liqueur
2 cans Coconut cream
0.5 cup grenadine
10 maraschino cherries
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Serve in fancy cocktail glasses and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.
Moscato, Sparkling Whites and Sparkling Rose are the best wines to pair with The Chefs Home Brewed and Heavenly Hued Pineapple Powered Colada Concoction.
