The Chefs Home Brewed and Heavenly Hued Pineapple Powered Colada Concoction

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple peeled, cored and cut into chunks, reserving 10 thin wedges
  • 2 cups Vodka or pineapple vodka, or pineapple liqueur
  • 2 cans Coconut cream
  • ½ cup grenadine
  • 10 maraschino cherries

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve in fancy cocktail glasses and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.
