The Chefs Home Brewed and Heavenly Hued Pineapple Powered Colada Concoction

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into chunks, reserving 10 thin wedges
2 cups vodka or pineapple vodka, or pineapple liqueur
2 cans coconut cream
½ cup grenadine
10 maraschino cherries

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Serve in fancy cocktail glasses and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.
