Recipe by Michael Smith from Chef At Home
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup Milk
1 oz Rum or Baileys, Kalhua, Frangelico or your favourite liqueur
Place ingredients in a small pot and whisk well.
Place pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.
Pour in liqueur and serve hot.
Fortified Wines, Dessert Wines and Sparkling Reds are the best wines to pair with Hot Cocoa with Rum.
