Half a Watermelon rind removed and flesh cut into 1 inch cubes
1 large bunch fresh Basil sliced thinly
0.25 cup Olive Oil
Sea Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Toss everything together in a large salad bowl.
Sparkling Whites, Dessert Wines and Pinot Gris are the best wines to pair with Watermelon and Basil Salad.
