Always a winner! I just use my buthcher's plain beef sausages as they taste great. I also add my homemade napolitana sauce just a tad stirred thru. Yummmmo thanks for a great recipe Bill.I also always bake my sausages now thanks to this recipe.
I loved this recipe. I did add a few more cloves of garlic and I used a chicken with sun-dried tomato sausage. I will be cooking this again! Thanks, Bill.

Made this last night. Simple and delicious, just like all my favourite recipes. I wasn't sure what Bill meant by Italian sausages so just bought beef with cracked black pepper and sea salt sausages as I thought they'd go well. Seemed to work, but I'm going to have to track down some proper Italian sausage so I can see how it's meant to taste.
