Arugula and Goat Cheese Tartine


  • 6 Slices good country white bread crusts removed and toasted

  • 4 oz Goat's Cheese

  • 4 oz baby Arugula's

  • 2 medium Tomatoes sliced


  • 1.

    Lay out the toast slices and spread them with the goat cheese. Place the arugula and sliced tomato on top of the goat cheese, and serve.
