Mango Daquiris


Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango peeled, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • ¾ cup white rum
  • Crushed ice

Method

  1. Place the mango and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until blended. Add the sugar syrup and the rum. Pulse to mix.
  2. Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice.

Notes & Tips

To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
