Raspberry Brownie Trifles

Aeroplane Jelly have just released seven new trifle recipes for the upcoming festive season. Try this decadent version.


  • 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly

  • 1 x 200g Aeroplane Sweet Treats Chocolate Flavoured Mousse

  • 500ml milk, chilled

  • 300ml cream, whipped

  • 1 x 200g packet chocolate brownies (8 individual)

  • 500g fresh or thawed frozen raspberries

  • ¼ cup Aeroplane Chocolate topping


  • 1.

    Prepare Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly according to pack instructions and set aside to cool. Refrigerate until set (approximately 4 hours).

  • 2.

    Prepare Aeroplane Sweet Treats Chocolate Flavoured Mousse according to pack instructions.

  • 3.

    Into the bottom of 12 individual glass dessert dishes, place 3 raspberries, spoonful of jelly, spoon cream, spoon mousse, crushed brownies, drizzle topping and repeat. Finishing with jelly, raspberries and cream.
