Sticky BBQ Bourbon Ribs

Slow cook these sticky, delicious ribs for a super tender dish. 


  • 1.5kg American style pork ribs

  • 300ml McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon BBQ Sauce


  • 1.

    Marinate ribs in the BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

  • 2.

    Preheat oven to 150°C and bake covered with foil for 2 ½ - 3 hours, until tender.

  • 3.

    Remove ribs, slice and serve with baked potatoes, sour cream and chives.

  • TIP:

  • 1.

    If desired, after roasting ribs, place on a HOT grill of your BBQ, turning and basting with the additional BBQ sauce, until lightly charred and sticky (10-15mins).
