This delicious and healthy snack is made with cinnamon and banana.


  • 1 slice(s) fruit loaf, wholemeal, toasted

  • 1 tsp Canola Spread

  • 2 tbs reduced-fat ricotta cheese

  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 small banana
