Ice cream, Cadbury chocolate and marshmallows are all it takes for a super easy dessert everyone will love.
Gently fold together the ice cream, marshmallows and Rocky Road chocolate. Spoon into a 20 x 20 x 4cm baking dish. Cover and freeze until firm.
Melt together the dark chocolate and cream in a glass bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir to combine and set aside to cool.
To serve, scoop ice cream into serving bowls and drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
