Thai Glazed Salmon

This spicy dinner is quick to whip up and is both healthy and delicious. 


  • 1 McCormick Pad Thai Flavour Shot

  • 4 Salmon fillets

  • ¼ Red cabbage, finely shredded

  • 100g Snow peas, sliced

  • 3 Spring onions, sliced

  • ½ bunch fresh Coriander, chopped


  • 1.

    Mix flavour shot contents and salmon together in a bowl and marinate for 5 minutes.

  • 2.

    Toss cabbage, peas, onion and coriander together and arrange on a plate.

  • 3.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook marinated salmon 3-5 each side or until cooked to your liking and serve on top of the vegetable slaw.
