Chinese Chicken and Crispy Noodle Salad

This healthy, colourful and flavour packed recipe is perfect for an easy dinner option.


  • 1 McCormick Chicken Fried Rice Flavour Shot

  • 400g Chicken thigh fillets (skinless and boneless), sliced

  • 1-2 tbsp Soy sauce

  • ¼ Wombok, shredded

  • 1 punnet Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 Lebanese Cucumber, deseeded and sliced

  • 6 Spring onions, sliced

  • 100g pkt Crispy noodles


  • 1.

    Mix flavour shot contents and chicken together in a bowl and marinate for 20 minutes.

  • 2.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok and cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

  • 3.

    Toss all ingredients together and serve.
