Choc-Walnut Parfait

To satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt this Easter, Nature’s Own Dietitian Kate Save  shares her healthy chocolate alternatives to beat the binge!


  • 2 cups low fat Greek yoghurt

  • 4 tb organic raw cacao powder or cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup Stevia

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts


  • 1.

    Blend all ingredients except walnuts in a food processor until smooth.

  • 2.

    Half fill small glass bowls with mixture, add walnuts on top to decorate.
