Lemon Sour Cherry Thins

Sometimes organic dried cherries are referred to as ‘sour’ or ‘black’ because of their dark colour and tart flavour. 


  • 60g cacao butter, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons raw organic coconut oil

  • ½ cup dried black cherries

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

  • Rind of one small organic lemon, finely grated

  • 2 tablespoons raw agave

  • ? cup raw cacao powder


  • 1.

    Melt cacao butter in a glass bowl over boiling water.

  • 2.

    Remove, stirring in all other ingredients until fully combined.

  • 3.

    Pour chocolate onto a lined flat tray and pop into the freezer to set quickly.

  • 4.

    Once set, this chocolate can be broken into pieces to be stored in an airtight container in the fridge/freezer or served immediately.

  • 5.

    10 minutes to set. Makes enough cherry goodness to last a few days
