Strawberry Rose Fudge

Vibrancy, flavour, texture! Well worth the effort to secure freeze-dried strawberries.

  • 60g cacao butter, finely chopped

  • 2 rounded tablespoons raw macadamia butter

  • 2 tablespoons raw organic coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons raw agave

  • 1 tablespoon pure fruit strawberry jam

  • 1 tablespoon rosewater

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

  • ¼ cup organic cocoa powder

  • ½ cup freeze-dried organic strawberries, quartered

  • 1.

Place cacao butter into a bowl over boiling water.

  • 2.

Remove when melted and mix in all other moist ingredients.

  • 3.

Stir in strawberry pieces along with vanilla and cocoa powder.

  • 4.

Scrape out chocolate mixture into a lined glass dish and set in the fridge.

  • Super Tip::

  • 1.

Make fudge with dried cherries or without the dried/freeze-dried fruit if desired. Either way it’s still yum!
