Easy BBQ Pulled Pork

Method

  1. Put 4-6lb pork butt Roast in Crock Pot.
  2. Add other ingredients, cover with water
  3. Cook on low all day
  4. Remove pork and onions
  5. shred pork with fork, removeing bone and fat
  6. add shredded meat and onions to Crock pot.
  7. Pour a bottle of barbecue sauce over it and cook an hour or so on low until heated thru.
  8. Serve on your favorite rolls or right in the plate.
