Chocolate Fondue

This chocolate fondue must be the sweetest of all Swiss sensations!


  • 2 cups dark chocolate

  • 0.25 cup milk

  • 10 drop vanilla essence

  • marshmallow

  • assorted fruit


  • 1.

    Place chocolate, vanilla and milk in a saucepan and heat gently over a low heat, stirring all the time until melted

  • 2.

    Transfer to a fondue set and arrange bite size fruit or marshmallows around the outside, place on the skewer and dig in!
