Since single cream doesn't bcm stiff won't the mixture be too runny? What is the consistency supposed to be like?

the cream must the be a little bit less stiff than chantilly cream

Very very moorish...my guests and I could not get enough of it...i have made many tiramisu recipes but this is by FAR the BEST. I couldn't decide between Marsala and Tia Maria so i used both since i had them both in the cupboard.

You dip the biscuits in whatever is left of the 150ml cold coffee..

Didn't find there was enough coffee remaining to dip more than 3 biscuits!

Maybe Gordon meant to put 300mls and not 150?

Dear F. Carter, I made this for Xmas, and I'm going to do it for friends tonight.
I found 150ml coffee perfect ammount, just dip, not soak.
I added extra grated chocolate to each layer.
