BBQ Duck Rolls


Ingredients

  • ½ chinese duck
  • 4 roti bread or lebanese bread
  • ½ cup coriander leaf
  • 300 g bean sprouts
  • 300 g snow pea shoots shoots or one large bunch
  • shallot cut on the angle
  • 3 ripe tomatoes seeded and sliced into strips
  • Hoisin sauce, plum sauce tomato sauce mixed together
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Finely slice duck and place on hot plate to heat through.
  2. Place roti bread on grill for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Brush bread with hoisin sauce mix.
  4. Place bean sprouts, snow pea shoots, shallots, coriander, duck and tomato on bread.
  5. Roll very tightly away from yourself and cut in half.
