BBQ Duck Rolls


  • 0.5 chinese duck

  • 4 roti bread or lebanese bread

  • 0.5 cup coriander leaf

  • 300 g bean sprouts

  • 300 g snow pea shoots shoots or one large bunch

  • shallot cut on the angle

  • 3 ripe tomatoes seeded and sliced into strips

  • hoisin sauce, plum sauce tomato sauce mixed together

  • salt

  • pepper


  • 1.

    Finely slice duck and place on hot plate to heat through.

  • 2.

    Place roti bread on grill for 3-4 minutes.

  • 3.

    Brush bread with hoisin sauce mix.

  • 4.

    Place bean sprouts, snow pea shoots, shallots, coriander, duck and tomato on bread.

  • 5.

    Roll very tightly away from yourself and cut in half.
