0.5 cup crème fraiche
0.5 bunch fresh Dill coarsely chopped
0.5 Lemon juiced
1 tablespoon roughly chopped Caper
4 cornichon finely chopped
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
Semillon, Pinot Gris and Dessert Wines are the best wines to pair with Dill Creme Fraiche.
