Caprese Salad

Fresh, simple , festive and gluten free ! The perfect  addition to any Christmas feast  and popular with all the family.


  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced

  • 1 large fresh mozzarella or bocconcini ball, thickly sliced

  • Handful of fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Mitani Lemon Pepper

  • Salt


  • 1.

    Neatly  arrange  the  mozzarella slices across the tomato slices on a serving plate.

  • 2.

    Scatter over the basil leaves, then drizzle  with olive oil.  

  • 3.

    Sprinkle with Mitani Lemon Pepper and a little salt.
