Muesli Cookies

This easy and delicious recipe is an All-Bran Recipe Creation and makes 20 cookies.


  • 125g salt-reduced margarine, diced

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 125g raw sugar

  • 2/3 cup (100g) self-raising flour

  • 50g All-Bran Original

  • 165g untoasted muesli

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    Preheat oven to 175g. Place the margarine, syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir until the margarine is just melted and ingredients combined. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

    Place tablespoons of mixture onto two baking trays, flattening slightly, and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on trays.


*Fibre per serve = 11.5g or 38% of recommended daily intake.
