Macadamia Hamburgers

Try this delicious twist on the classic burger, yum!


  • 2kg ground beef

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Suncoast Gold Australian Macadamia Oil

  • 225g dry roasted unsalted Suncoast Gold Australian Macadamias, crushed


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form hamburger patties and bake or fry.

  • 2.

    Serve on Turkish bread with rocket, tomato, roast beetroot, caramelised onion and garlic aioli.
