Quick, Healthy Cucumber Sandwhiches

Here's a simple, healthy, gluton-free snack that tastes as good as it looks!


  • 1x Cucumber

  • Turkey Meat

  • Capsicum

  • Spinach leaves

  • Cottage Cheese


  • 1.

    Cut the Cucumber in half using a spoon scrape the fleshy part out of the cucumber.

  • 2.

    With your chosen ingredients cut them into long slithers and place in the two halves.

  • 3.

    Close the two halves together.
