Parmesan Tuiles


Serves 12

Ingredients

  • 200 g freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  • Chopped rosemary and thyme

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400ºF/200°C.
  2. Toss the grated cheese with the herbs and sprinkle into cookie-sized rounds on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until the cheese melts and bubbles into lacy disks, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and shape quickly, bending over a rolling pin.
  5. Serve. Or, cool and store in an airtight container until serving.
