Berry and Lemon Mousse Pots

This super simple dessert from Philadelphia is the perfect summer treat.


  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Frosting Cream Cheese with a hint of Lemon Flavour

  • ½ cup natural yoghurt

  • Finely grated rind of 1 lemon

  • 1 punnet strawberries, halved

  • 1 punnet blueberries


  • 1.

    Fold together the PHILLY, yoghurt and lemon rind.

  • 2.

    Spoon the half the berries into the base of 6 small serving glasses. Top with the PHILLY mixture then the remaining berries. Chill for up to 1 hour before serving.

  • 3.

    Note: You may like to replace the strawberries with raspberries when available.


Serves 6 Preparation time: 15 minutes
