Apple Sultana Delight Cake

Apple Sultana Delight Cake is a great snack


  • 1 cup (125g) Vitarium self-rising flour

  • 125g butter

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup (140g) chopped sultanas

  • 1 1/2 cups grated apple

  • 2 - 3 teaspoon Natvia

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup (65ml) pineapple juice

  • 1 tablespoon grated lime rind


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease one 23x13cm loaf tin.

  • 2.

    Place the flour in a bowl and mix well, then rub in the butter and stir in the Natvia, cinnamon and nutmeg.

  • 3.

    Stir in the walnuts, sultanas and apples. Add the grated lime rind, eggs and juice. Beat well until thoroughly combined. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.

  • 4.

    Bake at 180 degrees C for about 1 1/4 hours, or until the cake is well-risen and firm to the touch. Turn out and cool on wire rack.


Serve : 12

Optionally if you like it to be more or less sweeter you may change the quantity of Natvia.
