Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C.
Place 12 festive patty pans into a 12-hole muffin tray.
Mix almond meal, Natvia and baking powder in a bowl. Add egg, vanilla, melted margarine, orange juice, orange rind and buttermilk. Mix well.
Stir through the dried fruit.
Divide mixture between the 12 patty pans.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes (until firm and golden).
Cool on a wire rack for 15 min.

Orange juice can be substituted with 1/4 cup brandy or sherry. White Chocolate can be substituted with Natvia icing.
