Anchovy Toasts


  • 110 g Butter softened

  • Anchovy rinsed, drained and chopped

  • 18 Slices Baguettes


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven 450°F/230°C.

  • 2.

    Cream the butter with the anchovies to blend well.

  • 3.

    Smear onto the bread slices and place on a baking sheet.

  • 4.

    Just before serving, toast in the oven, about 5 minutes.

  • 5.

    Slide onto a wooden board or a plate, and serve with the leeks.
