Sesame Soy Avocado

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 perfectly ripe Avocados
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • freshly ground Pepper
  • toasted sesame seed
  • fleur de sel

Method

  1. Just before serving, halve, pit, and peel the avocados.
  2. Immediately drizzle over lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Cut into cubes and arrange on a plate.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and soy.
  5. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt.
  6. Scatter over the sesame seeds.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices.
  8. Serve with picks.
