Roasted Duck in Fermented Bean Curd – Vit Nuong Chao

As featured on Luke Nguyen's Vietnama deliciously succulent Vietnemese dish that you have to try at home!

Ingredients

Marinate

  • 2 tbs red fermented bean curd
  • 4 tbs white bean curd
  • 2 tbs bean curd water
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs pounded ginger
  • 2 tps sesame oil

Method

  1. Combine all marinate ingredients and mix well.
  2. Coat the duck with marinate & marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Roast & rotate the duck over char coal on medium heat for 20 minutes.
