Stuffed Whiting Fillets

As seen on Cooking Paradiso with Stefano, you can create these delicious dish at home!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170 Degree.
  2. Start by preparing the stuffing, in a large pan fry an half onion with some garlic, add the prawns cook for couple of minutes, then blend in a mixer and add some parsley, bread crumbs, an egg, and the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Spread the prawn mixture inside the fillet, roll it up and secure it with a butcher skewer.
  4. To complete the dish cook the cherry tomatoes in a pan, add some sliced green olives, and some more parsley, then place the whiting fillet on top. Bake for 15 minutes, at 170 degrees.
