Start by preparing the stuffing, in a large pan fry an half onion with some garlic, add the prawns cook for couple of minutes, then blend in a mixer and add some parsley, bread crumbs, an egg, and the juice of half a lemon.
Spread the prawn mixture inside the fillet, roll it up and secure it with a butcher skewer.
To complete the dish cook the cherry tomatoes in a pan, add some sliced green olives, and some more parsley, then place the whiting fillet on top. Bake for 15 minutes, at 170 degrees.
