    How to make Lauki Burfi

    Boil milk in a pan.

  • 3.

    Add grated lauki into the boiling milk.

  • 4.

    When the milk reduces to half of its original quantity,

  • 5.

    Add khoya, sugar and the green color.

  • 6.

    When the froth starts leaving the side of the vessel,

  • 7.

    Transfer it in an pre-greased aluminium tray.

  • 8.

    Add cardamom and cut it into pieces after an hour.

  • 9.

    Lauki Ki Burfi is ready.
