ASIAN STYLE FRIED EGG

FRIED EGG ASIAN STYLE, ITS A DIFFERENT WAY AND A VERY EASY WAY TO MAKE FRIED EGG FOR DISHES.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • cracked pepper and salt to taste

  • 1 desertspoon semame oil

  • 1 cup peanut oil for cooking

  • 1 large wok

  • plenty of heat

Method

  • 1.

    CRACK EGGS IN A LARGE BOWL AND WISK WELL

  • 2.

    ADD SALT,PEPPER AND SESAME OIL AND WISK AGAIN

  • 3.

    HEAT PEANUT OIL TILL SMOKING

  • 4.

    POUR 1/4 OF MIX INTO OIL AT A TIME

  • 5.

    THE EGG WILL RISE IN SECONDS BEFORE YOUR EYES

  • 6.

    COOK EACH BATCH FOR 30 SECONDS THEN REMOVE TO PAPER TOWL.

  • 7.

    SERVE WITH IN FRIED RICE OR BESIDE OTHER FOOD.

  • 8.

    THE QUICKER AND HOTTER YOU COOK IT THE LESS OIL IN THE EGG.

Notes

MAKE SURE THAT YOU LET THE OIL HEAT TO VERY HOT EACH TIME BEFORE THE NEXT BATCH
