A delicious and refreshing beverage for you to try when you host your very own Spring Race Carnival party at home!

Ingredients

  • 45ml vodka
  • Juice of half a lime (25ml)
  • 90ml schweppes agrum blood orange
  • Mint

Method

  1. Strip 5 mint leaves and leave a sprig for the garnish.
  2. Clap the leaves between your hands to release the aroma of the mint.
  3. Place the mint leaves in the glass, add vodka and fresh lime.
  4. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
  5. Top up with Schweppes Agrum Blood Orange and mix thoroughly.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
