Start by boiling the peeled potatoes. When cooked, smash the potatoes when still hot.
Add salt to smashed potatoes, and the eggs, pinch of nutmeg, mix together to create a dough when the potatoes still warm.
Now gently roll each 1/8th of dough into a snake-shaped log, roughly the thickness of your thumb. Use a knife to cut pieces. Dust with some flour.
