Grossi's Gnocchi

A delicious and favourite recipe for you to enjoy at home!


  • 2kg potatoes

  • 2 egg yolk light beaten

  • 1 cup plain flower

  • salt

  • nutmeg

  • White Truffle Sauce

  • 10gr whitetruffle

  • 80gr unsalted butter


  • 1.

    Start by boiling the peeled potatoes. When cooked, smash the potatoes when still hot.

  • 2.

    Add salt to smashed potatoes, and the eggs, pinch of nutmeg, mix together to create a dough when the potatoes still warm.

  • 3.

    Now gently roll each 1/8th of dough into a snake-shaped log, roughly the thickness of your thumb. Use a knife to cut pieces. Dust with some flour.

  • White Truffle Sauce:

    Start with the butter in a hot pan add the boiled gnocchi, when plaiting up flake the truffle on top.
