A beautiful tasting dessert shared by Stefano de Pieri!
In small pot add 90ml of milk and bring up to 90 degrees.
Place 3 gelatin sheets in warm water for 20 minutes until they soften.
Dry the gelatine sheets with a cloth then place into the hot milk to get dissolved.
Using a mixer, place 300 ml of cream with 60 gr of sugar. Mix together at low speed with 80gr or so of your favorite honey. When it’s all nicely blend add 200 gr of regular yogurt and combine the mix.
This dessert can be prepare ahead and left in the fridge to set.
