Bruschetta of Fave and Pecorino

A simple and delicious recipe from Stefano de Pieri for you to try at home!



  • 1.

    Slice the bread and placed on a grill.

  • 2.

    In a mortar put the pecorino cheese and fresh broad beans , start pounding, add pinch of salt and pepper.

  • 3.

    Align the bread on a serving platter, olive oil side up. With a spoon place some of the topping on each slice of bread and serve.

  • 4.

    Do it right before serving or the bread may get soggy.
