Beefsteak Tomato Stuffed with Garlic Prawns

A British dish jam packed with flavour!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut your tomatoes in half horizontally & carefully scoop out the seeds.
  2. Place the tomatoes in an oven proof dish. In a frying pan heat some oil.
  3. Finely chop the garlic & cut the prawns into small pieces, fry the garlic & prawns gently in the oil. Mix in the breadcrumbs & parsley & season.
  4. Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture, dot with a little butter & bake at gas 7 for 20 – 25 mins.
