A British dish jam packed with flavour!
Cut your tomatoes in half horizontally & carefully scoop out the seeds.
Place the tomatoes in an oven proof dish. In a frying pan heat some oil.
Finely chop the garlic & cut the prawns into small pieces, fry the garlic & prawns gently in the oil. Mix in the breadcrumbs & parsley & season.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture, dot with a little butter & bake at gas 7 for 20 – 25 mins.
