Capsicum Pasta

Stefano de Pieri shares a delicious pasta dish for you to try!



  • 1.

    Start by frying the sliced onions with the garlic, add some basil leaves and a pinch of salt.

  • 2.

    Add the capsicum previously sliced and cook them off for around 10 minutes. Get the water boiling to cook the farfalle pasta.

  • 3.

    In a blender put the capsicum with the onion, garlic and basil. Mix to get a nice smoothly consistency. Put the mix back in the pan cook for couple of minute and add the pure cream. When it’s cooked, drain the pasta, toss the pasta in the pan with the sauce. Add the grated parmesan cheese on top.
