A tasty and delicious meal from Stefano de Pieri

    Into a plate starts with a drizzle of olive oil, then layer the meat slices, two or three slices are plenty.

  • 2.

    Some rocket leaves on top pinch of salt

  • 3.

    To finish off sliced Parmesan cheese on top is a must.
