Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350®F
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
  3. Beat butter and sugar and zest until light.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla and then mix in the flour.
  5. Roll into balls and press onto oven tray.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes
